Anita Delgado, une artiste de Malaga de l’époque et mariée au majarajá de Kapurtala, avait l’habitude de demander un verre d’ojén à Paris. Picasso à l’époque cubiste a immortalisé la bouteille de brandy avec la légende d’Ojén dans son tableau « Nature morte espagnole » de 1912. Aujourd’hui, la tradition de la célèbre eau-de-vie se reflète dans les savoureux « raisins secs à l’eau-de-vie », une richesse culinaire de la ville d’Ojén, typique de la saison hivernale.
